Compliance and Responsibility: In the community, Viberse users are expected to adhere to laws regarding controlled substances, firearms, and other regulated goods. Sharing content that facilitates or promotes illegal activities is forbidden.

Content Integrity: We do not tolerate spam, malicious links, or content that spreads misinformation, especially concerning public health and safety.

Our goal is to maintain a safe and inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy sharing and interacting. These guidelines outline what type of behavior is and is not acceptable on Viberse’s online Platform. They apply to all content and activities on our Platform, including posts, comments, images, and videos.

2. Health and Safety

COVID-19 Response: Our guidelines evolve in response to public health needs, emphasizing the prohibition of harmful misinformation and the promotion of community well-being during the pandemic.

3. Conduct and Behavior

Warnings and Consequences: Violations of our Community Guidelines can result in warnings, content removal, or account suspension. Severe or repeated offenses will lead to stricter penalties, including permanent account removal.

Content Display: We do not display or encourage the creation, upload, or sharing of certain sensitive content. If such content is posted on our platform, users who violate these guidelines will face appropriate consequences. Users must actively choose to view such content. We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users on Viberse.

Adult and Mature Content: Content that depicts nudity or is sexual in nature is not displayed by default. Our platform is for users 17 years old and above, but not all users are ready to see such content.

Violence and Gore: Content that incites or promotes violence or violent groups will not be displayed by default.

Abuse, Bullying, and Harassment: Content that encourages abusive behavior, bullying, harassment, or hate speech against individuals or groups based on any protected characteristic will not be displayed by default.

Self-Harm: Content that depicts or promotes self-harm or suicide will not be displayed by default.

Drug and Substance Use: Content that displays the use of illegal or dangerous drugs, as well as the dangerous use of legal substances, will not be displayed by default.

Hate Symbols: Visual depictions of hate symbols will be automatically hidden by default.

Child Sexual Exploitation: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content that sexually exploits children. Such content will be removed immediately and the users who post it will be punished accordingly. You can read our Child Safety Policy for more details.

Sexual Violence: Content that depicts sexual violence, including non-consensual nudity, will be removed.

Illegal Activities: We do not allow our platform to be used for illegal activities. Content that uses our services to commit unlawful acts or further unlawful activities will be removed.

Impersonation: We prohibit content that falsely representing oneself as another person or entity. Authenticity is crucial for fostering trust and safety within our community. Users must be honest in their use of our platform and in their interactions with other users.

Excessive Content: We reserve the right to remove content that is excessively violent or sexual in nature.

A user repeatedly posts violent threats, leading to an immediate account removal.

A video that promotes dangerous challenges or pranks resulting in serious injury or death, leading to content removal.

A post stating, "All [specific group] deserve to be punished," will be removed and could lead to account suspension.

A profile that mimics a public figure's, using their name and photo to deceive others, will be removed.

4. Content and Sharing

Misinformation: Rigorous standards are in place to combat misinformation, especially related to elections, public health, and safety.Please ensure that any news or information you share on our Platform is authentic and true.Content found to be misleading or false will be removed.

Copyright and Intellectual Property: Respect copyright laws. Only post pictures, videos, or other content that you’ve taken or made yourself.

External Links: We closely monitor external links to prevent directing users to harmful, illegal, or deceptive sites. Safety and integrity in shared content are priorities.

Spreading false claims about COVID-19 treatments without scientific backing will result in content removal.

Uploading someone else's copyrighted music video without permission will result in content removal and possible account penalties.

Posting a link to a phishing site that masquerades as a legitimate service will lead to content removal.
